Josh Hartnett loves his ladies ' man label, but insists on Hollywood reputation couldn't be further from the truth-as he has just "two real relationships" in his life.
Pearl Harbour hunk has been linked to a series of A-list beauties, including actress Scarlett Johansson and chart stunner Rihanna, and admits he finds the false rumours entertaining.
He says, "ninety-five percent of the rumors are false, and I just laugh. It is funny how they connect you to everyone in the room. They called me a Hollywood cad. I think it is great, having been in two real-world relationships in my life. It surprises me not because they want to do a story of anything, really. It is just bread and butter of many newspapers these days. What is surprising is how obsessive people are about this. "
Hartnett also admits he is trying to stay out of the tabloids-as he did not want their private life affect his acting roles.
He adds, "the more you stay out of the limelight, the more credible you are as an actor. You don't want someone know about your life yet. "
