Rihanna sued for S & M Video-again

Rihanna is being sued for ripping a photographer creative vision in her video for S & M--for the second time.

Rihanna

Back in February was sued by David LaChapelle Rihanna for ripping her work in her expensive video for the song S & m. Now has a second photographer stepped forward, argued that his photographs for the video to be blatantly copied even Rihanna.

Famous fashion photographer Phillip Paul argues Rihanna directly ripped off his fashion series Paperworld, which depicts a model in a formal gown caught against a wall of plastic sheet, surrounded by x's of electrical tape. Rihanna has a nearly identical scene in the video.

-Why a worldwide celebrity is not afford a creative director, who creates individual concepts and sets, is incomprehensible to me, "says Paul. "To create new things within creative Cosmos, you can only expect this to come from a real genius, there is no doubt about that."

"In this case, however, there is no real genius who created their own work instead they stole ideas from creative talent. In addition, all other creative professional must realise how extremely embarrassing it is to copy the work colleagues from the artistic world and then commended for it. "

When Rihanna sued LaChapelle, he claimed that a total of eight sequences in her video was copied from his own work. The color is still pending.

SheKnows await comment from Rihanna's camp.
