A 12 Rihanna star has officially signed on as an Ambassador for tourism in her native Barbados.
Proud Bajan beauty has secured a three-year marketing contract with officials of the Barbados Tourism Authority to promote her country as a perfect holiday destination.
Spokesman Richard l. Sealy says "in each Bar asked ian hearts, Rihanna is known as the girl next door, but in the world she has become a musical sensation and social phenomenon. She is a great national pride to Barbados and we are proud to conclude this formal partnership to promote the Barbados as a leading tourist destination. "
And Rihanna are happy about the new company.
In a statement saying the singer "Umbrella", "Barbados" is a place that no one else, and one reason for this is the spirit and national pride of our people.
